Adjectives can be comparative, that's a brainy way of saying they can be used to compare two things!
Adjectives are made comparative by adding 'er' at the end of the word. Can you think of any?
For longer words, simply put more or less in front of the adjective.
If it's a short word ending in a consonant like big or thin, you sometimes need to double the consonant and add "er".
If the word ends in "y" like healthy or wealthy you take off the "y" and add "ier".
Can you remember how to make these words comparative?
