Adjectives can also be superlative - that's when they are used to emphasise one extreme of a group, for example:
Remember, you can make an adjective superlative by putting "the" in front of it and adding "est" to the end. Can you think of any more?
If it's a longer word, simply put "most" or "least" in front of the objective.
If it's a short word ending in a consonant like big or thin, sometimes need to double the consonant and add "est".
If the word ends in "y" like happy or funny you take off the "y" and add "iest".
